Passive House Design & Construction - reduce energy consumption by 90% with this German model of building

"Passive House" - a fairly recent German model of building
("Passive Haus"), now with a US model / system.

The "Passive House" building system can cut the energy consumption of your building by up to ninety percent (90%). This system of building has great residential and commercial applications. Whether you're building a home, medical clinic, hotel, restaurant, small shopping center, etc. you will want to know about this advanced framing technique and other systems that will help you be self-sufficient in regard to energy dependence.

The designers and builders who are part of ADC Network have designed and built the "Passive House" system that can cut the heating energy consumption of buildings by an amazing 90%.

The "Passive House"
- Based on modern building science / technology:
- Extremely tight building envelope
- Extreme insulation on all six sides.
- Very advanced windows (triple-pane).

- These buildings are so well insulated they require very little heating.

- Not a "passive solar" house as we might know it traditionally, although passive solar gain orientation is part of the system design.

- Very specific, prescriptive design and building practices with certification for tax credits where applicable.

Call us at 505-474-8388 to learn about the "Passive House" system and other systems of building and remodeling that will help you realize your best building within your budget.
